my voice fades as i talk, like my confidence. when my mind blanks out, my sentences become really inconsistent and often broken. how can i talk or conversate better?
I sometimes have the same problem, although it’s probably since english is my second language. I think it’s all a matter of confidence. You might be afraid that the person you’re talking to isn’t interested in what you’re saying. If that’s the case, then you can either change the subject to something you know they’re interested in, or just try to ignore those negative thoughts in your head that are trying to get you down. My mind blanks out too sometimes when I’m talking. And since I know that it happens often, I think of the conversation I’m planning to have, beforehand. For example, I think of how to start the conversation and think of a possible response the person may give me. Then I think of a reply, etc. Try it! But remember to keep an open mind and don’t worry so much about what the other person is thinking (if that is the case.) Hope this kinda helped!
