But what it want to know is if you think I could dig it. It needs to be 7 to 8 feet deep. I know I could dig it by shovel, but is there an easier and faster way. I have a 6 foot wide gate leading to my back yard, so a backhoe or any other “large” machinery is out of the question. Also I am only 15, but I will have the help of my uncle who is a construction worker. An last but not least the digging must be kind of cheap. I could NOT go over $100 on digging a hole in my backyard.

That is going to be a tough job. The best solution is to buy a concrete septic tank and have it installed in the ground. We did this when I was a kid, a long time ago. Fortunately, my dad had a backhoe and we owned a lot of property. The tank came with a sealed top, and we kept the water out, installed lighting and a dehumidifier, and had a blast.
