I have a 2003 Dodge Ram Quad Cab and the a/c and heat does not blow very hard on all speed?
does it blow out of the right vents that you have it set on? if it blows out the wrong vents you either have a borken defrost door like already mentioned, or the mode door is broken. the most likely problem is a broken recirculation door that has broken and falled down on top the blower motor. all of these are common, and all require instrument panel removal.
