How to Repair Concrete Driveways?

Repair Driveway

Tools needed:
FlexSet
A push broom or blower
Drill
Trowel or Lute
First ensure that the damaged area is clean and dry. Sweep or blow out cracks so there is no loose debris. Using Roklin’s FlexSet Concrete Repair Product, carefully pour contents of bottle “a” into provided 5-gallon bucket then add special sand. Next, shake thoroughly and pour bottle “b” into sand mixture. Mix with a paddle-mixer, using a drill. When mixture is completely wet, pour FlexSet onto damaged area and use a trowel or lute to smooth material into cracks. When damage is sufficiently smooth, toss topping sand by hand over repaired area to create a uniform look and feel. Your driveway can be ready for vehicles in about an hour.

Advise on what filler to use?
I have some air line cracks to fill in on interior walls and ceilings what is the best filler to use. Because Iv’e tried filling them once before and they have re-appeared I think because of shrinkage.The best filler what ever the cost.
Hair line cracks are so thin it’s not possible to get any filler into them so as others have said make the crack bigger so that it can take in some filling material. Maybe 5mm deep, 3/4mm wide. Apply diluted unibond or similar to crack, to seal. Some fillers are so hard, like Tetrion, that they are a cow to sand down, I’d use an “easy sand” filler. The less water you add when you mix the filler the less it will shrink so mix as thick as you can work with, press well into the crack and leave proud. Oddly enough “easy sand” filler is, easy to sand when dry.
