The entrance of CRM software systems
In recent years, customer relationship management software has been on the rise. Among the two highly used programs for CRM relationships are ACT and Prophet. There is a lot of variances between the two programs, each one offering their own assistance to the CRM realm.
ACT training is used frequently for ACT products.
ACT training is often used for those that are new to ACT . ACT training may seem to come in handy for ACT users, as ACT is a program that is difficult to maneuver thru. It is well known that ACT is a program that is operational thru Outlook, but can not function in its entirety thru that program. Prophet, unlike ACT , does not need much training for those that use the program. Prophet is completely functional thru Outlook. Contrary to ACT training, many of Prophet’s users already know how to operate Outlook, and can easily manage to operate Prophet. ACT training is used frequently through out its program, as a result of the lack of readiness for its users. Unfortunately for ACT , ACT training is more of a hindrance than of help for its users.
ACT training is necessary for the function of ACT software.
One of the many reasons that ACT training is necessary for those that use ACT is because ACT must use other software to function. In ACT training, operators will find that all client sales accounts that are created must be done outside of Outlook. Due to this, ACT training for the ACT program is a must. ACT training in this instance will show its users how to manipulate other files and then add them to Outlook. Opposite from such ACT training is Prophet. Although Prophet offers training, it is not relied upon as heavily as ACT training is. It is this difference from ACT training to Prophet training that wins over many companies and customers.

ACT training also comes into use when a person is using the software for the first time. ACT training is needed in order for many users to understand how to operate ACT . Prophet seems to be pretty much self explanatory, as it walks the user thru the Prophet program on Outlook. Often times, the operator that is using the Prophet software will find that they already know how to use Outlook as it is a program that is used greatly in many sales areas. Those that use ACT in Outlook see this, too. However, ACT training is needed with ACT because ACT fails to show how ACT can operate in its entirety in Outlook. ACT training must spell out the overall details of the ACT program for its users, which many find tedious as well as laborious.
There is little room for flexibility with ACT training.
The flexibility that is offered with Prophet must be taught in ACT with ACT training. ACT offers different variables in its flexibility. ACT training teaches the ACT user how to create documents outside of Outlook and prepare the documents for sending. contact management is learned in ACT training, whereas Prophet offers the contact management for the user to discover, as it is self explanatory. contact management is one of the most important aspects of a CRM program, and ACT training in actstrives to teach the users as such. However, with the simplicity that is offered thru Prophet, there is no denying that ACT training is looked down upon, and Prophet Software is sought after time and again. contact management includes such features as the information for every company, including the company’s location, address, phone numbers, contact information, and, most importantly, what products a company sells. ACT training will not necessary show such information as needed in for a company to work with a client properly.
ACT training is needed for the sales management of ACT software.
Prophet is superior in sales management. ACT training must be used once again for sales management in the ACT software. ACT training will show an individual how to operate sales management, but fails to show how sales between a company and its clients can be maximized. The overall goal for any company is the additional of more sales, and the management of such sales. Sales management with Prophet is maximized as much as feasible, leaving the business left with little work to do other than contact a company for sales. With ACT training, ACT users are given a basic template for sales management, and then encouraged to create additional sales on their own. For those that have a difficult time operating sales management software, ACT training will be of no help. Prophet, however, shows its clients exactly where there is room for sales management, and how to manipulate and operate thru sales management accounts.
There is little room for growth on ACT when ACT training is involved.
Many users are often discouraged with ACT as they feel as though they must rely heavily on ACT training. Such individuals are free thinkers and do not want to have to follow ACT training guidelines to operate a program. Many people turn to Prophet for this reason. Where ACT training is directing people with its program, Prophet also has training, but offers a diversity to its program, allowing the “free thinkers” to create their own documents. ACT training can feel like a restraint in the program, which is an instant turn off for many businesses. Businesses appreciate the Prophet program much more because there really aren’t any rules and/or regulations that are set forth for with the software. In response, ACT training can be a large turn off for potential ACT purchasers.
ACT training is needed for ACT in order to operate sales and customer accounts.
Prophet is indeed a user friendly program. With little training needed, sales management and customer accounts can be operational on many different levels. ACT training, in accordance with the ACT program, creates too many restraints with its software. ACT training is an essential tool to the ACT software, but quite simply, it is overused. ACT training should be regulated for just the basic of needs, and not to operate an entire CRM program. Such faults are not found with Prophet. Prophet offers training and assistance for those that use the program, but more times than not, there are very few people that need to utilize Prophet’s training services. This is a large difference from the ACT training that is needed with the ACT program.
A conclusion to ACT training with ACT and Prophet.
Certainly ACT training is beneficial for those that need it. However, too much ACT training is seen as a nuisance, and a large “turn off” for the ACT program. The less that ACT training is needed, the better off the ACT program will be. The surplus of ACT training has been beneficial for Prophet, though. Prophet has seen an influx in sales, thanks to those that are tired of relying heavily on the ACT training. ACT training, although created to be of help, has instead hurt the ACT CRM software. ACT training should be used sparingly, and not as a crutch for the entire ACT program. Prophet has been, and continues to be the leading seller of CRM software, thanks to the overabundance of usage for ACT training.

I recently purchased a Tippmann 98 Custom. How can I tell whether or not it has ACT?
I have a Tippman ACT and to tell if yours has ACT all you really have to do is pull the bolt back and stick your finger in the hole. Then SLOWLY slide the bolt forward and if the bolt hits your finger and stops and you can still push the bolt handle all the way forward then it is ACT. If it hits your finger and stops the entire bolt and the handle will not go any farther without crushing your finger then it is not ACT.
Simple as that.
