Bathroom in Good Shape. Part One
Extraordinary and somewhat sophisticated bathroom units shapes, recently considered unsuitable at all for a bathroom renovation, all that became almost a routine in design of bath and toilet equipment. withdrawaling from suboxone goin through hell help?
i have been on suboxone for 4 months after being on oxy for about a year i got my self down to about .75 ml i have been off them for 4 days and i cant sleep at all! and i was wondering if xanax is good for it or not last night i took 1mg of one for the first time and still was waking up about every 30min all night. and today at school i couldnt evan barely get out of my truck and i felt horrible. is there a reason xanax wont take away the restless legs because of my withdrawal im not taking it to feel anything just to function. if this dont work would it be a bad idea to a 10mg hydro. or will that prolong my withdrawal. goin back to taking hydros or oxys daily is not an option also cause im in school for the army and dont want to live that way again. so i guess my question is. is it a stupid idea to take some hydros for the next few days to get over the withdrawal from suboxone and sleep at night
Sub is an awful drug, but the good news is you wee only on it for 4 months. It really screws up people that are on it for years.
Regardless, you will probably have 2-4 weeks of w.d., followed by a period of low energy. It sounds like you are younger so that helps too…you should bounce back faster than an older person.
A benzo like xanax or valium WILL most definitely help with restless legs, but as others have said you have to be careful because they are super addictive…but really that first week or two there’s nothing that will give you good sleep.
It does return, as well as everything else in your body will normalize, but it takes time. Try to keep busy and force some exercise, and avoid large amounts of caffeine.
