issue mini excavator – IHI 4J. Hydraulic switch.?
IHI Mini Excavators 4J. The left hand control lever has two functions, Once all top (a lot) or just move your arm left or right without rotating. Depending on the option is controlled by a switch to the right of the counter hours. Something in the circuit breaker has failed and now the boom can not return to its central position. All other functions are normal. I tried to switch and just connect back (soldered connections to switch, then plug the end of 6 inches or less) and it has not solved the problem. Can anyone tell me what the other end of the circuit breaker, ie, a device that controls the operation of whole movement of the pen or rotation? If anyone has information or a link to a service and repair manual for IHI 4J (or even 7J) I would be very grateful. Thank you in advance. In response to the reply Fred K. …. no, not yet. General Tips: Have you looked in the hydraulic solenoids, see if the power is going, or if the coils are electrically well?
