A few decades ago, having a lot of excess electronic components was not really a problem because there was a vibrant retail market for them so it was fairly easy to find buyers for excess components. However this has changed now that the cost of producing finished electronic products is so low that most people do not have any reason to built or repair their own electronics. Similarly, the rise of Internet retailers has really undermined the idea of selling electronic components offline. Today having a store room of excess electronic components can be a real problem unless they are particularly rare (like antique components).
One option is to try to sell your excess components online. While there may not be much of a market in the developed world, electronic components are still valued commodities in much of the developing world, so it is entirely possible that you can find a buyer online. In general you can set up an online store front very easily and if you take the time to get good positions in the results of searches for you specific products you may be able to move them. Similarly, depending on the nature of your particular components, you may be able to sell them in bulk to other online retailers.
Another idea is to donate them to a properly registered charitable organization in exchange for the tax write off. You can claim the full retail value of the excess components as a write off, despite the fact that in the real world you can not actually sell them. The catch is to find a relevant charity that can use your excess components and to ensure that they are a properly registered charity that allows you to write off the donation on your taxes. There are a number of charities out there that provide electronics to poor communities or schools, but it may take some time and online research to find one that will accept your donation.

If you can have the answer for above then anywhere in the near by scrap area you can get it. Or you can buy from many local MS Suppliers. I am not sure about your place but in Hyderabad, India abundantly available.
