Exclusions and Palo Palo correction
The methods used for removing bats have nothing in common with the methods usually used for animals such as squirrels, hamsters and others. Instead of using traps, bat control is done using a program of systematic exclusion. Is this illegal use of poisons, and it is illegal to kill bats. Studies have shown bats are back at distances up to 150 miles, to capture and "Moving" bats only creates a false sense of security for owners who see the bats "caught and transported."
The exclusion process requires several bats steps. The first step requires an observation of the structure shortly after sunset to locate holes input / output. This is done by a very clear night, the conditions of rain and wind are not favorable for bats to locate flying insects. The night of observation may be any time during the spring, summer or fall.
The second step is to seal all holes, cracks and holes leaving the primary access hole (s) open. This prevents them from finding alternative access point to the structure.
Step 3 is to install an exclusion device in a manner that allows bats to leave their roosting site, but did not return to the structure.
Exclusions are usually done in late summer and early fall. Excluding bats mother during this period would create a problem worse than having bats in your attic, as the young bats die without their mother to feed and take care of them. Summer observations allow experts to be prepared by exclusion, when the time came. In many structures to perform much of the leak and repairs before the season starts exclusion.
Exclusions may vary from a few hundred to several thousand dollars depending on the size of the structure, equipment, materials for repairs, the working time for repairs and waterproofing. The cost evidence of bats varies considerably in the combination of the above factors. Some structures may require elevators or other equipment to conduct a high exclusion of bats testing bats. In some cases, the main entrance and exit is the only access point is available, and basic repairs and exclusion may be sufficient.
Bat-inspection is to determine the species of bats and colonization, if young are present, active points entry and potential points of the season, the subsequent exclusion. This step will allow fighting to give control to business customers an accurate estimate "bat-proof" the entire structure.
Bat colony elimination is achieved by referring the mechanical devices called "check valve" or "bat valve." It is a door in a way that allows the ability of bats to exit the structure, but not return structure.
Bat-Bat Exclusion Exclusion is a very tedious work. Technicians must work within very tight tolerances. They must be very detailed and comprehensive. Failure to seal a ¼ inch difference may not lead to exclusion.
A inspection may take time, that close inspection of the entire external structure. Driving requires inspection every inch of the structure to be completely redesigned from the ground up. We examine the roof and see the roof lines below, with all attics, window frames, and other potential entry points for bats.
Some insurance companies may cover exclusions bats because they are not rodents. Most insurance policies not cover damage or elimination of rodents, but because the bats are not rodents, contact your agent before the exclusion is proposed. Strange it may seem, there are many insurance companies do not cover the cost of exclusion, but will cover the removal of guano and cleaning program.

Bats and municipality can follow lifting?
Well, it's really two questions in one. My first is: can bats crawling on the carpet, wood, stone, etc.? My second is: Can the bats once down and sink their claws into something and pick it up, if the weight was not a problem? Thank you for trying to help.
