Alright, so i did my first day of p90x ,chest&back + ab ripper x

Im 5′7 , 160lbs ; kinda chunky and a male

I felt kinda bad because I couldn’t do all the moves like push ups weren’t that bad but diamond push ups and dips and the ab stuff were really hard and i couldn’t do. I still got one hell of a workout tho , I started to sweat buckets. So should I keep it up and i will get much better with time or should I change something ?
