I have a pre 1980 mustang Skid Steer Loader. How do find the model number?
I think it is a 1200 but am not sure. Models 1000, 1200, 1200a, 1400 look very close.
The obvious answer, it should be on the side in big letters.
The less obvious answer, there will be a plate somewhere on the frame. It should be metal and probably 2″x4″. If it’s not on the top support rail (if you’re in the operator’s seat, look up), then look in the engine compartment towards the back of the skid steer.
