We currently have a testing apparatus made in-house that we have used for years and need to replace. Our unit consists of (2) millivolt meters in series with an electronic ice bath to eliminate ambient error. Looking for a canned dual millivolt meter designed specifically for this purpose. Most common inputs are type K & type J thermocouples, but may need to expand to other ranges in the future. This test equipment must be certified for accuracy and be able to be recertified either by manufacturer or independant lab. Would like to know what equipment is currently used in industry to perform this testing.
